InternsUnite Our States is currently accepting applications for its Internship Program. Undergraduates interested in joining the ground floor of a new political action committee are encouraged to apply. Honorary Chairman Senator Joseph R. Biden, Jr. launched Unite Our States this past summer with the goals of diminishing the partisan and divisive dialogue dominating American politics today and supporting candidates around the country that are committed to building unity. Unite Our States is looking for interns with strong written and oral communication skills and a familiarity with politics. Since the PAC is growing and gaining momentum, interns will be asked to take on a variety of responsibilities. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns that will demonstrate hard work ethic, organization skills and initiative. Interns at Unite Our States will be introduced to the daily operations of a PAC - including research and data management for finance development, support with online communication and blog reporting, assisting staff with events and other tasks as assigned. Unite Our States accepts interns throughout the year and scheduling is flexible. Deadlines are as follows: Application Deadlines: Spring Session (January - May): December 15 Summer Session I (mid May - June): March 15 Summer Session II (July - mid-August): March 15 Fall Session (September - December): July 15 Internships are unpaid and academic credit is awarded at the discretion of your college or university.
