In another indication that Senator Biden’s message is getting out there, a new CNN/USA Today Gallup poll released Monday found that 9 percent of registered Democrats said they were leaning toward Delaware Democratic Sen. Joe Biden for president in 2008.

“The most impressive numbers I saw were Joe Biden’s numbers,” said political analyst and George Washington University professor Ron Faucheux.
