Democratic Sen. Joe Biden, who has made no secret of his plans to run for president in 2008, says he’ll make it official next Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Senator Biden will be a guest on “Meet The Press” on NBC-TV Sunday January 7, and on Imus In The Morning on MSNBC-TV and WFAN-AM radio Monday January 8.
